Ilmenite

Ilmenite is a titanium-iron oxide mineral with the idealized formula FeTiO3. It is the primary ore of titanium and a significant source of iron. Ilmenite often forms as an accessory mineral in metamorphic rocks and igneous rocks, and it is commonly found within magnetic sands.
